Abstract
This Decree establishes the duties of consumers of electric energy and of the public utilities service provider supplying electric energy to residential consumers, establishes the modalities of payments for electric supply, and regulates other issued related to use of electric energy for residential purposes. Electric energy supply and consumption shall be regulated by purchase and sale contracts.
