Abstract
This Decree validates Sanitary rules and regulations “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for organizations manufacturing ethyl alcohol, vodka and liquors”, specifying requirements for processing cycle of ethyl alcohol, vodka and liquors, processing technology and hygiene of staff and workplace. In particular it establishes the requirements for passage of alimentary raw materials, storage and transportation of ready ethyl alcohol, vodka and liquors and food waste removal and disposal. Disinfection and disinsection of ethyl alcohol, vodka and liquors processing facilities shall be performed through application of certified disinfecting solutions. Packaging materials must not be source of pollution and must be stored in a manner avoiding pollution thereof.
