Abstract
This Decree establishes that access to information contained in state land cadastre register shall be granted to the users concerned by the local executive bodies and local self-government in the place of location of plots of land. Information shall be granted upon submittal of written application containing place of location of the plot of land and name of the applicant. Information related to registration of the plot of land shall be granted to any legal or natural person. Summarized information on rights to the plots of land shall be granted exclusively in cases envisaged by legislative acts. Information contained in state land cadastre register shall be granted within five days from the date of application in the following forms: (a) extract; (b) certificate of absence of rights to the plot of land; and (c) cadastral map of the plot of land.
