Abstract
This Decree establishes that legal entities and individual entrepreneurs shall perform construction of groundwater intake facilities in case of technical feasibility to use existing centralized potable water supply systems on condition of the approval of the pre-project documentation for the construction of water intake facilities by the local executive body and the regulatory authority.
