Abstract
This Decree validates Sanitary rules and regulations “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for organizations manufacturing beer and non-alcoholic beverages”, specifying requirements for processing cycle of beer and non-alcoholic beverages, processing technology and hygiene of staff and workplace. In particular it establishes the requirements for passage of alimentary raw materials, storage and transportation of ready beer and non-alcoholic beverages and food waste removal and disposal. Disinfection and disinsection of beer and non-alcoholic beverageds processing facilities shall be performed through application of certified disinfecting solutions. Packaging materials must not be source of pollution and must be stored in a manner avoiding pollution thereof.
