Decree No. 79 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on registration of plant species.

This Decree sets forth the procedure for registration of plant species growing on agricultural land of horticulture and gardening cooperatives, protected areas, healthcare, recreational areas, land of historical and cultural heritage and land of public water fund. In particular it shall be applicable to floriculture, greenery, wild flora species (trees and shrubbery), recreational forest (forest species and shrubbery). The scope of Decree shall be sanitary trees trimming and keeping vegetation with a view of extension, development and reforestation of land areas. Registration of plant species shall pertain to the competence of local government.
