Abstract
This Decree validates Instruction on keeping and use of radiation and hygienic certificate (Annex 2) and the form of it (Annex 1). Radiation and hygienic certificate shall be compulsory for all the users of the sources of ionizing radiation and it certifies the state of radiation safety for the user handling the sources of ionizing radiation. The aforesaid certificate shall be filed in annually by 31 December of the current year. Certificate shall be shown at request of supervision and control bodies in the sphere of ensuring radiation safety.
