Abstract
This Decree validates the list of documents required for the state registration of the contract on mortgage of a plot of land which includes: (a) application on the state registration of contract of mortgage; (b) identification data of applicant; (c) mortgage contract; (d) credit contract; and (e) registration fee. The original documents shall be returned to the applicant while copies of the documents shall be inserted into registration file.
