Decree No. 8 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Regulation on utilization of finances allocated by the national budget for agricultural development, fishfarming and processing of agricultural commodities.

This Decree establishes the modalities of utilization of finances allocated by the national budget for agricultural development, fishfarming and processing of agricultural commodities. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall the official manager of special fund envisaged by the national budget for the aforesaid purposes. The following arrangements shall be eligible for financing out of the aforesaid fund: (a) state programs of agro-industrial complex development, including agrarian science, research and peasant (smallholding) farms; (b) seed growing and selection activities; (c) manufacturing of veterinary drugs; and (d) fishfarming and aquaculture.
