Decree No. 8 of the Ministry of Forestry validating the Regulation on planning of removal of wild fauna species subject to hunting.

This Decree establishes the modalities of planning of removal of wild fauna species subject to hunting, except for auroch, out of their natural habitats on hunting areas allotted on lease or free of charge for hunting management. Rate of removal shall be considered the number of game planned for hunting. Hunting and the number of game authorized for hunting shall be subject to prior elaboration and validation of planned number of wild fauna species authorized for hunting. Hunting period shall be established for each game species authorized for hunting.
