Decree No. 8 of the Ministry of Public Health validating the Regulation on risk analysis.

This Decree establishes the modalities of performance of risk analysis with a view of planning, organization and performance of the arrangements for ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. Risk analysis shall be based upon data collection and processing, study of information of public access with a view of identification of adverse impact on public health and human environment, prevention of such risks and mitigation of the consequences thereof. Risk management shall include information of the population of possible risks.
