Decree No. 80 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food amending Decree No. 50 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food regarding implementation of Plant Protection Law.

Item 19 of the Instruction on registration of availability of plant protection means, handling thereof and carrying out plant protection arrangements shall be amended to add the following wording: “19. In case of danger for phytosanitary safety of the Republic of Belarus and for carrying out research by permit issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall be authorized import of plant protection means subject to customs restrictions import of which is authorized by permit issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.”
