Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities of performance of biotechnical arrangements on hunting grounds transferred to legal persons on lease or free of charge for hunting management purposes. Biotechnical arrangements shall be intended artificial measures for improvement of natural habitats of wild fauna species subject to hunting and protection thereof against pests and diseases. In order to maintain vital activity of wild fauna species subject to hunting extra feeding thereof shall be performed all the year round.
