Decree No. 905 of the Council of Ministers validating Regulation on state supervision and control related to protection of the population and territory against natural and technological disasters.

This Decree establishes that state supervision and control related to protection of the population and territory against natural and technological disasters shall be carried out by the Ministry of Emergency Situations with a view of enforcement for implementation of requirements in case of disasters and emergency situations. State supervision and control bodies shall have the duty to investigate disasters causing emergency situations and have the right to request and obtain complete and reliable information required for carrying out their functions.
