Decree of the President No.152 validating the List of administrative procedures undertaken by public authorities and other adopted government agencies on the applications of citizens.

This Decree lists procedure implemented by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and its territorial bodies. In particular, il specifies the following actions: (a) issuance of a permit for the movement across the customs border of the Republic of Belarus of wild animals and plants, their parts or derivatives thereof, falling under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, signed in Washington on March 3, 1973 (CITES Convention); (b) issuance of certificate of acknowledgement of botanical collections, particularly valuable botanical collections and zoological collections; (c) issuance of permits for hunting and capture of wild fauna species for scientific research, educational, recreational and aesthetic purposes; (d) issuance of permits for export of botanical and zoological collections; (e) issuance of a state hunting license, a violation registration card and payment of state hunting permit fees; (f) issuance of veterinary permits (animal health and veterinary certification of animal products); and (g) issuance of forest management permits (timber extraction and agro-forestry).
