Governmental Decree No. 125 amending Governmental Decree No. 317 of 29 April 2017 “On measures to implement the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Veterinary Activities”.

To obtain a registration certificate for a veterinary drug, the applicant shall submit the following documents and (or) information to the Veterinary Department: (a) an application for a registration certificate for a veterinary drug in the form established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food; (b) a document confirming payment of the fee charged for the implementation of the administrative procedure (except in cases of payment through the use of the automated information system of the unified payment processing and information center). To extend the validity period of a registration certificate for a veterinary drug, the applicant shall submit the following documents and (or) information to the Veterinary Department: (a) an application for extension of the validity period of a registration certificate in the form established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food; (b) a document confirming payment of the fee charged for the implementation of the administrative procedure (except in cases of payment through the use of the automated information system of the unified payment processing and information center). To amend the registration dossier or registration certificate of a veterinary drug, the applicant shall submit to the Veterinary Department an application on amending the registration dossier or registration certificate of a veterinary drug in the form established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
