Abstract
This Decree sets forth the procedure for interaction between the Ministries and other legal persons performing forest management in the sphere of identification and extinguishment of forest fires. Basic principles shall be as follows: (a) cooperation at all levels; (b) operational activity for implementation of joint plans; (c) exchange of information; and (d) data transfer on forest fires forecast.
