Abstract
Joint Decree validates Intersectoral Regulation on labour protection during fishfarming. The scope of Decree shall be to ensure safe working conditions and protection of human health. Land use planning ot the territrory of fishfarming enterprises shall be subject to planting of greenery, excluding plant and shrubbery species producing flocks, fibres and floccose seeds. Water supply and sewerage system must comply with technical rules and regulations. Technical water supply system must be separated from potable water supply system. Water intake points must bear indications "potable" and "technical".
