Abstract
The minister and the chief of the State Committee order to create a subsystem of ecology certification within the National system of certification and to validate attached: Regulation on ecological certification of products and productions; form of ecological certificate and technical requirements, form and dimensions of the Mark of ecologically pure product. The present Regulation establishes main aims, tasks and objects and requirements to the ecological certification of products and productions in the framework of subsystem of the National system of certification, define main principles and rules of work organization, organizational structure, functions of bodies, and shall be applied at voluntary ecological certification of products and productions. The document consists of 7 Sections. Section 1 introduces terminology. Section 2 lays down the general provisions. Section 3 determines main aims, tasks and principles of ecological certification. Section 4 regards objects of ecological certification. Section 5 deals with organizational structure of the subsystem of ecological certification. Section 6 concerns functions of ecological certification bodies. Section 7 establishes general order of conducting works on ecological certification. The Mark of ecologically pure product is designed for marking ecologically certified products.
