Abstract
The Ministries establish that live wild animals detained, seized or turned over to the state in the established manner, related to species covered by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, signed in Washington on March 3, 1973 (CITES), may be transferred for temporary maintenance to an organization on the list in accordance with Appendix 1 and validate standards for the area of premises for keeping wild animals - CITES specimens according to Appendix 2; and standards for servicing wild animals - CITES specimens according to Appendix 3.
