Law No. 111-Z amending Law No. 90-Z “On consumer protection.”

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Information on the main consumer properties of commodities in relation to food – must contain date related to the composition, nutritional value (for products, intended for children, medical and dietary nutrition, - calorieы, presence of vitamins), an indication that the food is genetically modified if it contains genetically modified components (components), information about special properties (special nutritional values, indications and contraindications to the use of individual age groups of the population, as well as for certain types of diseases) of food products, including biologically active food additives, the claimed properties specialized food products in the presence of documents confirming claimed properties”.
