Abstract
Customs regulation is the legal regulation of relations regarding the movement of goods across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Republic of Belarus, their presence and use in the customs territory of the EAEU in the Republic of Belarus or beyond its borders, the performance of customs operations related to the arrival of goods in the customs territory of the EAEU in the Republic of Belarus, their departure from the customs territory of the EAEU in the Republic of Belarus, temporary storage of goods, their customs declaration and release, and other customs operations. Goods obtained in full in the Republic of Belarus are considered to be: (a) natural resources extracted from the subsoil on its territory or in its waterbody (including from its bottom) or from the atmospheric air on the national territory; (b) products of plant origin grown or collected on the national territory; (c) animals born and (or) on the national territory; (d) products obtained on the national territory from animals born and (or) raised therein; (e) products obtained as a result of hunting and fishing (hunting and fishing) on the national territory; and (f) products of the sea fishing industry and other products of the marine fishery obtained by a vessel of the Republic of Belarus or a vessel leased (chartered) by a person of the Republic of Belarus. Export of goods outside EAEU territory shall be attested by certificate of origin. Customs officials perform veterinary, sanitary and phytosanitary control and inspection.
