Law No. 200-Z amending Law No. 14-Z of 1997 on seeds.

Article 18 shall acquire a new wording: “Article 18. Certification of seed quality. Certification of seed quality shall be carried out by the authorized state institution “Chief State Inspection on Seed Growing, Quarantine and Plant Protection”, its territorial branches, by the institution “Republican Forest Selection and Seed Growing Centre” subordinated to the Forest Ministry and by other organizations accredited in accordance with the modalities established by the State Committee on Standardization. Transportation of seed samples to the testing laboratory shall be at the expense of legal and natural persons that produce, harvest, store, trade and use seeds.”
