Law No. 202-Z amending Law No. 61-Z of 2001 on firearms.

Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In order to obtain authorization for the purchase of firearms a citizen of the Republic of Belarus shall submit to the local branch of the Ministry of Interior medical certificate attesting lack of counter indications for firearms ownership related to visual disturbance, mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse and chemical abuse, citizenship certificate and two photographs.”
