Law No. 238-Z amending Plants Act (No. 205-Z of 2003).

Article 60 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 60. Payments for the use of plant species. Common use of the plants species shall be free of charge while special management of plant species shall be charged if otherwise is not envisaged by the national legislation. Payments for the special management of plant species shall be collected in the form of charges, fees (duties) and other obligatory payments established by the national legislation. Revenues shall not exonerate managers of vegetable kingdom form application of protection measures for plant species, natural habitats thereof and compensation of damages caused thereto.”
