Law No. 260-Z amending some legislative acts.

Article 5 of the Forest Code (Law No. 420-Z) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Forest management projects, amendments and addenda thereto must pass state environmental expertise in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on state environmental expertise.” Article 19 of Plants Act (No. 205-Z of 2003) shall be amended to add the following wording: “The authorized national state institutions, territorial branches thereof, local self-government and local executive bodies for the purpose of ensuring state security, environmental protection, protection of the objects of historical and cultural heritage, ensuring rights and legal interests of natural and legal persons, and also in cases envisaged by this Law and other national legislative acts, restrictions and ban on transactions and circulation of plant species.”
