Law No. 298-Z amending Law No. 1982-XII of 1992 on protection of the environment.

Article 74 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 74. Composition, sources and types of ecological information, forms of its release and dissemination. Ecological information shall contain the following data: (a) state of environment, including atmospheric air, surface water and groundwater, land (soil), animal kingdom and vegetable kingdom and biological diversity, natural landscapes and other natural objects, genetically modified organisms and microorganisms; (b) environmental impact of energy, noise and emissions; and (c) state of public health and safety of citizens. Ecological information shall released and disseminated in the oral form, written form, electronic, audiovisual and other forms.”
