Automated information system "BELFITO" is a state information system in the field of plant quarantine, designed for the formation, processing, analysis and storage of information about species subject to quarantine control imported into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, exported from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and moved through the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union in real time. Accounting and traceability of regulated products subject to quarantine control is ensured through Automated information system "BELFITO", the owner of which is the state institution "Chief State Inspectorate for Seed Growing, Quarantine and Plant Protection", operator is the national unitary enterprise "National Center for Electronic Services". When transporting and storing plant protection means, it is necessary to comply with the requirements ensuring the safety of human life and health and the protection of environment from the harmful effects of plant protection means established by legislative acts in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, environmental protection and rational use of natural resources.
