Law No. 324-Z amending some laws on issues of licensing.

Article 16 of the Law No. 61-Z of 2001 on firearms establishes that all activities related to firearms for civil use shall be subject to mandatory licensing. Article 71 of the Subsoil Code (Law No. 406-Z) establishes that in order to prevent and eliminate emergency situations that arise during the use of subsoil, as well as to eliminate their consequences, subsoil users carrying out the development of deposits (except for deposits of liquid and gaseous combustible minerals) and the use of subsoil, except for the case specified in part two of this paragraph, create mine rescue services, and in the case of exploration and development of liquid deposits and gaseous combustible minerals - specialized services on the prevention and elimination of open oil and gas gushers.
