Abstract
The Law implements the Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer and the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer. Article 3 shall acquire a new wording: “This Law shall regulate relations originating from management of ozone depleting substances specified in the Annexes A, B, C, E to the Montreal Protocol, including product containing ozone depleting substances.” Article 6 shall be supplemented with the following wording: “establishes environmental protection requirements in the process of management of ozone depleting substances.”
