Law No. 374-Z amending Water Code (No. 191-Z of 1998).

Article 77 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The following activities shall be prohibited within the boundaries of water conservation zone: (a) utilization of chemicals for plant protection purposes; (b) waste burial and waste disposal; (c) timber extraction and removal of vegetation; (d) parking; (e) grazing; (f) plowing; and (g) location of water treatment facilities.”
