Abstract
The present Law consolidates common rules of legislative regulation in the sphere of protection and management of wildlife for the satisfaction of ecological, economic, aesthetic and other human demands taking into consideration the interests of the present and the future generations. The document consists of 9 sections that contain 73 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-6) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 7-15) regards state management in the sphere of protection and management of wildlife. Section 3 (arts. 16-35) regards protection of wildlife. Section 4 (arts. 36-60) regards management of wildlife. Section 5 (arts. 61-64) establishes economic mechanism of protection and management of wildlife and its natural habitats. Section 6 (arts. 65-66) regards state control in the sphere of protection and management of wildlife. Section 7 (arts. 67-72) establishes liability for the infringement of the legislation on protection and management of wildlife. Section 8 (art. 73) regards international agreements. Section 9 lays down final provisions.
