Memorandum between the Government of the Republic Belarus and the Government of the Kingdom of Spain on economic and industrial cooperation.

The Parties will promote bilateral cooperation in the economic and industrial areas on the basis of the principles of equality and mutual benefit. Cooperation in the field of economy and industry will be carried out by Parties, in particular, but not exclusively, in the following areas: (a) study and expansion of opportunities for cooperation in various sectors economy and entrepreneurship, including agriculture; (b) examination and selection of projects related to processing of natural resources and energy; and (c) exchange of economic, statistical and technical information. The Parties shall pay special attention to those types of activities that will promote the development of cooperation between them, such as fairs, specialized exhibitions, symposia, seminars and other similar kinds of cooperation and will facilitate the organization of these activities and encourage participation of enterprises and institutions of both states.
