Memorandum between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus and the State Agency for Emergency Situations of Mongolia on cooperation in the field of prevention and elimination of emergency situations.

The Parties, in accordance with the national legislation of their States and within their competence, will cooperate in the following areas: (a) cooperation in the field of fire safety and fire extinguishing; (b) planning, development and holding of joint working meetings, seminars, conferences, training courses, drills, exercises, research projects, sports and other events; (c) organization of training of specialists in educational institutions of the Parties, exchange of trainees, teachers, scientists, specialists and other representatives; (d) improvement of curricula and standards on issues related to the professional activities of the Parties; (e) cooperation in the field of chemical, nuclear and radiation safety; (f) preparation and implementation of joint humanitarian cooperation projects; (g) development of cooperation in the areas of youth, volunteer, sports and other public movements, the activities of which are related to the competence of the Parties; (h) exchange of information, periodicals, methodological, scientific and technical literature, results of research work, video and photo materials, as well as technologies and experience in the field of prevention and elimination of emergency situations; and (i) implementation of other activities within the competence of the Parties.
