Abstract
Cooperation shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) exchange and joint use of information, results of scientific research and other materials; (b) joint planning, organization and holding of seminars, training courses, exchange and cooperation in the sphere of reduction of disasters and mitigation of their consequences; (c) regular mutual visits with a view of exchange of experience and methodology for reducing disasters and mitigation of their consequences; (d) exchange of experience and cooperation between non-governmental entities; and (e) joint planning and implementation of projects in the sphere of mitigation of the consequences of disasters and aid to the injured persons.

This Memorandum entered into force on 10 April 2012.
Notes
This Memorandum is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than three months before the date of its expiry.
