Abstract
The Parties, in accordance with their acting legislation, have agreed to promote the development of direct contacts between the organizations whose activities are related to environmental protection. The Parties shall not be liable for the obligations of organizations referred to in the part one of this article, within the framework of contracts concluded on the basis of this Memorandum. The purpose of this Memorandum is to promote the development of cooperation between the Parties in the field of environmental protection. The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following forms: (a) development and implementation of joint projects and programs; (b) exchange of environmental information, including scientific and technical information; (c) compliance with the acting legislation of the Parties; (d) exchange visits of experts, their participation in conferences, seminars and meetings, organized by each Party on the environment and sustainable development.

This Memorandum entered into force on 9 December 2015.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than six months before the date of its expiry.
