Abstract
The Parties have agreed to facilitate parallel operation of energy systems, energy trade and transit. The Parties shall promote construction of power plant producing renewable energy or using renewable energy sources.

Entry into force notes
This Memorandum enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Notes
This Memorandum shall be valid for five years and shall be automatically renewed for one or more five-year periods unless, one 12 months prior to the end of any such period, either Party terminates the Agreement by written notice to the other.
