Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) exploration and well sinking with a view of intake of groundwater; (b) protection of soil against salinization by marine water; (c) reuse of effluent waste water and drainage water; (c) registration of water consumption, water losses and water supply; and (d) rehabilitation of radioactively polluted water. Cooperation shall be performed in the following forms: (a) training of staff; and (b) symposia and conferences.

Entry into force notes
This Memorandum enters into force on the date of signature.
Notes
This Memorandum of Understanding shall be valid for five years, shall be automatically renewed for one or more five-year periods unless either Party terminates the Memorandum of Understanding by written notice to the other in which case the Memorandum of Understanding shall be terminated within three months since receipt of the notice.
