Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh in the field of quality and safety control of export of aquatic biological resources, aquaculture species and products of their processing from the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

This Memorandum establishes that aquatic biological resources, aquaculture products and products of processing thereof must originate from processing organizations and storage facilities that are officially registered and inserted in the official Register of organizations and persons performing processing and/or storage of commodities subject to customs inspection imported to the territory of Customs Union (Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Russian Federation). Export of aquatic biological resources, aquaculture species and products of processing thereof from the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the Republic of Belarus after signing this Memorandum of Understanding shall be be carried out exclusively by the organizations inserted in the official Register of organizations and persons performing processing and/or storage of commodities subject to customs inspection imported to the territory of Customs Union after receipt thereby of veterinary accompanying documents (veterinary certificates) without intermediaries in the process of storage and transportation.
