Abstract
The scope of this Memorandum of Understanding shall be joint organization and realization of programs and projects in the sphere of agriculture and rural development in accordance with the national legislation of the Parties. Scientific and technical cooperation shall be carried out through realization of the following arrangements: (a) professional training of experts, scientific personnel and technical staff in the sphere of agriculture; (b) exchange of experts; (c) seminars, meetings courses and conferences; (d) exchange of information; and (e) joint research.

Entry into force notes
This Memorandum of Understanding shall be effective from the date of signature.
Notes
This Memorandum of Understanding shall be valid for five years, shall be automatically renewed for one or more five-year periods unless either Party terminates the Memorandum of Understanding by written notice to the other in which case the Memorandum of Understanding shall be terminated within six months since receipt of the notice.
