Abstract
The Parties, within the framework of the provisions of this Memorandum and applicable laws, regulations and instructions of each state, agreed to promote the development of cooperation between organizations, institutions and business entities, activities in the field of agriculture and rural development on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. The Parties shall cooperate in the following areas: (a) crop production; (b) stockbreeding and veterinary; (c) mechanization of agricultural production; (d) seed growing and seed quality control; (e) drainage, land reclamation and irrigation; (f) scientific research in agriculture; (g) phytosanitary and veterinary control; (h) application of fertilizers; and (i) sustainable use of pastures.

The Memorandum of Understanding entered into force on 29 May 2015.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than six months before the date of its expiry.
