Abstract
Cooperation, as defined in this Memorandum of Understanding, aims to strengthen the organizational structure and strengthen the management capacity for effective delivery of services; development of interaction in veterinary and phytosanitary area; exchange of technology and research. In the events specified in this Memorandum of Understanding, to participate in the services and departments of both ministries in accordance with their competence and content of agreed projects. The Parties pledge to exchange information and technical documentation; cooperate in the sphere of new technologies applicable to stockbreeding and crop growing; and participate in fairs, exhibitions, symposia, conferences and agricultural forums.

Entry into force notes
This Memorandum entered into force on 20 June 2014.
Notes
The Memorandum of Understanding enters into force from the date of its signing and will be valid for 3 (three) years. The Memorandum will be automatically extended for subsequent three-year periods, if neither Party at any time decides to terminate it and in writing notifies the other Party.
