Abstract
The Parties in accordance with national legislation and within competencies cooperate in the following areas: (a) exchange of normative legal acts and technical normative legal acts in the field of industrial safety; (b) exchange of periodicals, methodical, scientific and technical literature, results of scientific research; (c) exchange of information on organization and performance of supervision in the sphere of industrial safety; (d) exchange of experience on testing and examination of industrial safety of technical devices used in hazardous production processes and at potentially dangerous objects; (e) exchange of information on the procedure for issuing permits in the sphere of industrial safety; (f) exchange of experience in overseeing the implementation of the activity on designing, manufacturing, installation, adjustment, operation, maintenance, modernization, reconstruction, repair, testing, diagnostics of equipment operating under pressure, main pipelines; (g) exchange of experience on the application of risk assessment techniques emerging from hazardous production facilities and potentially hazardous facilities.

This Memorandum entered into force on 5 April 2016.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than three months before the date of its expiry.
