Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the prevention of natural and technogenic disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof.

The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) exchange of technologies, information and scientific research results related to prevention of natural and technological disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof; (b) exchange of experts; (c) development and implementation of research projects; (c) organization of conferences, seminars, workshops; (d) creation of information database on natural and technological disasters in both countries; and (e) exchange of experience.
