Ministerial Decree No. 1190 validating the Regulation on the state biological reserve Yukhnovskiy.

This Ministerial Decree creates the state biological reserve Yukhnovskiy for the conservation of precious forests, including rare and endangered plant and animal species recorded in the Red Book. The following activities on the territory of state biological reserve Yukhnovskiy shall be prohibited: (a) changing the landscape; (b) waste disposal; (c) industrial gathering of wild growing plants; and (d) main use felling. Damage caused to the state biological reserve Yukhnovskiy by natural and legal persons shall be compensated as provided under national legislation.
