Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes that state biological reserve “Dnepro-Sozhskiy” shall be set up for the purpose of conservation of precious forests and meadows, including rare and endangered plant and animal species recorded in the Red Book. The following activities on the territory of state biological reserve “Dnepro-Sozhskiy” shall be prohibited: (a) change of natural landscape; (b) soil disturbance; (c) flame scaling of timber extraction areas; (d) effluent waste water discharge and waste disposal; (e) grazing and main use felling in determined areas. Creation of state biological reserve “Dnepro-Sozhskiy” shall not entail expropriation of land from land tenants. Damage caused to state biological reserve “Dnepro-Sozhskiy” by natural and legal persons shall be compensated to the amount and in accordance with the modalities established by the national legislation.
