Ministerial Decree No. 127 regarding arrangements for rising up production and supply of agricultural commodities by personal farms.

Council of Ministers, for the purpose of raising up production and supply of agricultural commodities by personal farms, decrees to oblige provincial and district executive bodies to ensure in accordance with the established modalities allotment to citizens in accordance with their applications of additional plots of land of 3 hectares for the purpose of growing fodder for cattle, pigs, sheep, rabbits and poultry and production of other agricultural commodities with their subsequent sale to the state. Self-supporting extension services shall be set up for the purpose of rendering services to rural population. Banks of the Republic of Belarus shall arrange credits to collective farms, state agricultural enterprises and consumer cooperatives for purchase of agricultural commodities including animal products from citizens.
