Ministerial Decree No. 1286 validating the Regulation on the elaboration, validation and implementation of complex water management and protection schemes.

This Ministerial Decree concerns the elaboration of complex water management and protection schemes for the exploration and development of waterbodies to meet the demand for, manage and protect water resources. Such schemes shall: (a) ensure a stable water supply; (b) reduce water pollution and improve water quality; (c) prevent flooding; and (d) develop a surface water and groundwater-monitoring network.
