Ministerial Decree No. 1360 on licensing of hunting rifles.

The present Decree regulates circulation of hunting rifles on the national territory and envisages issuing, renewal, suspension, revocation and refusal of special permits (licences) for any activity related to hunting rifles and ammunition. The Ministry of Interior shall be the authorized institution entitled with the task of issuing, renewal, suspension, revocation and refusal of the aforesaid special permits (licences). The licensed activities include manufacturing of hunting rifles and ammunition, trade, repairs, collecting and exhibit thereof. Licences shall be valid on the whole of the national territory and shall be valid for five years with the possibility of renewal for another five-year period.
