Ministerial Decree No. 1438 validating the Requirements for biological and economic substantiation of fish-breeding arrangements.

This Ministerial Decree establishes economic and biological requirements for carrying out fish-breeding arrangements and aquaculture. It specifies the type of waterbody used for aquaculture, classifies freshwater fishes destined for fish-breeding, stock enhancement and repopulation, sets fishing quotas and contains maps of aquaculture facilities and waterbodies.
